![]() ![]() They have very few net carbs, lots of fiber, and it’s mostly just fat. They are quite literally, the perfect low carb, keto-friendly food. I used to avoid avocados because of their high fat content, but now I often eat one avocado a day, usually as the first thing to break my fast (“breakfast”) and it’s shockingly filling. An apple avocado a day keeps the doctor away ![]()
